近日，來自西班牙的星輝數(shù)控海外技術(shù)團隊齊聚廣東肇慶星輝數(shù)控生產(chǎn)基地，開展為期數(shù)天的專項技術(shù)培訓(xùn)與實操學(xué)習(xí)。Recently, EXCITECH’s overseas technical team from Spain gathered at the EXCITECH production base in Guangdong, for a multi-day specialized technical training and hands-on learning session.

本次培訓(xùn)圍繞全伺服封邊機、智慧包裝線兩大核心產(chǎn)品展開，以專業(yè)技術(shù)講解、真機實操演練、現(xiàn)場方案交流相結(jié)合的形式，全面提升海外技術(shù)團隊的產(chǎn)品認(rèn)知、操作能力與服務(wù)水平，進一步夯實星輝數(shù)控全球化技術(shù)服務(wù)體系。The training focused on two core products: full servo edgebanders and intelligent packaging lines. Through a combination of professional technical lectures, on-machine practical drills, and on-site solution exchanges, the program comprehensively improved the overseas team’s product knowledge, operational skills and service capabilities, further strengthening EXCITECH’s global technical service system.

培訓(xùn)期間，星輝數(shù)控技術(shù)團隊為海外技術(shù)團隊系統(tǒng)講解了全伺服封邊機的核心技術(shù)優(yōu)勢。從全伺服驅(qū)動控制、鋼軌鋼梁重型結(jié)構(gòu)、免調(diào)機伺服配方功能，到激光器、PUR 以及骨骼線、缺口板加工等復(fù)雜工藝，講師逐一拆解原理、調(diào)試邏輯與日常維護要點。During the training, EXCITECH’s technical team systematically explained the core technological advantages of full servo edgebanders. Instructors broke down the working principles, commissioning logic and daily maintenance essentials one by one — covering full servo drive control, heavy-duty steel beam and rail structure, adjustment-free servo recipe functions, as well as complex processes including laser, PUR, structural line processing and notched panel processing.

海外技術(shù)團隊現(xiàn)場直觀感受 G70 全伺服封邊機、G60W工藝窄板封邊機的高精度、高效率、高一致性的封邊表現(xiàn)，深入理解 “聚焦全伺服封邊機，讓封邊機真正免調(diào)機” 的星輝理念。The overseas technical team experienced firsthand the high-precision, high-efficiency and high-consistency edgebanding performance of the G70 full servo edgebander and G60W narrow panel edgebander, gaining a deep understanding of EXCITECH’s philosophy: “Focus on full servo edgebanders, making edgebanding truly adjustment-free.”

在星輝智慧包裝線車間，裁紙機、高速封箱機及整套智慧打包系統(tǒng)成為關(guān)注重點。技術(shù)人員親自上手操作，體驗智慧包裝流程，對智慧包裝線在提升交付效率、降低人工成本、規(guī)范成品管理方面的突出優(yōu)勢給予高度認(rèn)可。At the EXCITECH intelligent packaging line workshop, the paper cutter, high-speed carton sealer and complete intelligent packaging system became the main focus. Technicians operated the equipment personally to experience the intelligent packaging workflow, and highly recognized the outstanding advantages of the intelligent packaging line in improving delivery efficiency, reducing labor costs and standardizing finished product management.

實操環(huán)節(jié)中，海外代理商分組進行設(shè)備調(diào)試、參數(shù)設(shè)置、故障排查與模擬客戶場景演練，針對不同國家的使用環(huán)境、訂單特點和現(xiàn)場需求，與技術(shù)工程師展開深入交流。大家積極分享當(dāng)?shù)厥袌鰟討B(tài)與客戶痛點，共同探討自動化產(chǎn)線海外落地的優(yōu)化方案。In the hands-on sessions, overseas agents were divided into groups to conduct equipment commissioning, parameter setting, troubleshooting and customer-scenario simulation drills. They held in-depth discussions with technical engineers regarding application environments, order characteristics and on-site requirements in different countries. Participants actively shared local market trends and customer pain points, and jointly explored optimized solutions for the overseas implementation of automated production lines.
